Ask Magda - rebranding assignment
During my internship in Bynew design studio, I created a rebranding for a start-up in Estonia, CallMidWife.com. that offers a virtual midwife service. The focus group for the brand are not only pregnant women - midwives give advice on any kind of health problems and questions (pregnancy, sexual health, nursing), that occure to a woman or a child, which means their help may be needed by men and teenagers as well.
My rebranding consisted of changing the whole concept of the company, starting from the company's name, which we changed from CallMidwife.com to Ask Magda. Magda is a character we created for the brand, it's a friendly face that you can ask any silly and dumb questions about a woman's or a childs life and health, without feeling embarassed. Magda's face as a logo is easily rememberable and the character is fun to use in social media posts as well.


The whole centre of Ask Magda branding is questions, that you can ask from Magda. Questions on the business card are very minimal, but also educating and funny.



I also created a visual concept of the home page and app design, designed both for the users who need quick help, and the ones who haven't met Magda yet.



During my internship in Bynew studio I learned about branding very thorougly, especially the conceptual side of it.
