This was a fun personal project that grew out of a gift to my friends - I collected all the useful information you might need when you need help on a hike in the woods - what to do when you get lost, or how to act when you meet a bear or a wolf, etc. There are also useful tips on what kind of berries and mushrooms to gather on which months, and some recommendations on beaches and bogs to visit.
